Each ticket allows one person’s entry to the event. At the event, you will have access to the pumpkin field, the spooky maze, hay bale climbing, and the opportunity to meet the animals. All other activities come at an additional cost.

Yes! There are several different options for food and drink to choose from – think delicious burgers, hot dogs, pizzas, cakes, hot and cold drinks and more.

To exchange your ticket to another date, please do so via the TicketSource website at least one week before your booking. It will not be possible after this time.

We will try to squeeze you in but there are no guarantees.

We’re afraid that we are unable to refund tickets bought for this event. However, if you have purchased ticket insurance cover with XCover you may be able to apply for a refund. Please visit www.xcover.com/claim

We recommend 8+ put you know your child better than us and this is at the discretion of the responsible adult.

We strongly advise that children under 12 be accompanied by an adult; however, this is at the discretion of a responsible adult. Please be aware that our live actors will be wearing body cams, security will be present in the maze, and bags will be searched on entry for your safety.

Our parking is on hard standing and there is a hard standing pathway lining two sides of the activity/food and drink area. However, much of the event is on a grassy farm field that can be wet and uneven in places and may only be accessible with specific wheelchairs. If you require more information please do not hesitate to contact us at pumpkins@foragefarmshop.co.uk

While we welcome buggies and pushchairs in our food and drink area, it is very difficult for them to navigate the pumpkin patches, so we would advise against it.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot allow dogs on the pumpkin patches. Dogs are allowed around the food and drink and activity area but please ensure they are kept on a lead at all times and are never left unattended.

Please wrap up warmly and bring your brollies if it’s raining. The ground may be uneven or muddy underfoot, so we advise wearing your wellies!

If this timeslot has availability, you will be able to buy a ticket on the door (£12 for cars and £8 for walk-in). However, we get extremely busy, so if it is full, we will not be able to allow access. Therefore, we strongly advise you to book online.

Please email pumpkins@foragefarmshop.co.uk and we will try to help you. We will endeavour to respond as soon as possible but please be aware that during busy event days and for same day enquiries you may not receive an immediate response.
