Unlock the Secrets of Soil Health
Workshop at Penllyn Estate Farm
We’re excited to host a landmark Soil Health Workshop at Penllyn Estate Farm this June. This event will bring together farmers, land managers, and agricultural professionals from across Wales and beyond. The two-day workshop will take place on June 11th and 12th, featuring some of the most respected figures in regenerative agriculture.

Learn from Regenerative Farming Leaders
Organised by Regenerate Outcomes, this workshop will provide practical, actionable insights into building healthy soil. By improving soil, you can boost crop and livestock performance while also increasing long-term profitability.
Dr. Allen Williams, our keynote speaker, brings global expertise to the Vale of Glamorgan. As a founding partner of Understanding Ag and a central figure in films like Kiss the Ground, Soil Carbon Cowboys, and Roots So Deep, Allen is one of the leading voices in soil health and regenerative farming.
He will be joined by:
Stuart Johnson, 2023 Soil Farmer of the Year
Kyle Richardville, soil microbiologist and mentor at Regenerate Outcomes
A Local Perspective on Soil Health
In addition to the guest speakers, our team at Penllyn Estate Farm will also share insights from our own regenerative farming journey. We’ll discuss the on-farm work we’ve done to improve soil health and biodiversity, as well as the lessons we’ve learned along the way.
