What To Bring
Please bring your own picnic rug (or treat yourself to a picnic bench at check out), plenty of warm clothes, blankets and an umbrella, if required!
Where To Sit
When you arrive, please find a spot with your group (socially distanced according to current regulations).
Please note that our lawn has a naturally graded slope so if you are bringing a picnic chair then please be careful and make sure that it is stable. Tents are not permitted – please be sensitive to the view of other’s behind you.
Table service will be provided to VIP picnic tables.
NB: Tickets are non-refundable unless cancelled by the organiser. Please note that the event will go ahead unless a severe weather warning is issued by the Met Office. However, if the event is postponed and rescheduled and you inform us within 14 days that you are unable to make the rescheduled date, you will be refunded in full.

The cinema screenings will take place on the lawn at Forage Farm Shop & Kitchen. The access road to Forage Farm Shop and Kitchen is via the new roundabout on the A48
Travelling Westbound on A48
Coming Westbound from Cardiff on the A48 it is the third exit (sign posted Penllyn Estate) off the first round about after the Cowbridge turning. Enter Penllyn Estate and drive down the private road; Forage is about 600m on your left.
Travelling Eastbound on A48
Coming Eastbound from Bridgend on the A48 it is the first exit (sign posted Penllyn Estate) off the roundabout just before Cowbridge. Enter Penllyn Estate and drive down the private road; Forage is about 600m on your left.
What is included in my ticket?
Your ticket will admit one person to the event.
Is there food and drink?
Yes! We have a delicious menu prepared for the evening cooked by the Forage chefs.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
As we will be catering for this event it is not permitted to bring your own food and drink.
What time should I arrive?
You can arrive anytime from 6.45pm for food. The film will start at 8pm.
What is your cancellation policy?
We’re afraid that we are unable to refund or transfer tickets bought for this event.
Can I swap my ticket for another date or time?
We’re afraid due to the nature and demand of the event tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Do I need to wear a face mask?
No, as the event is outdoors you do not need a face mask.
What should I wear?
Please wrap up warmly and bring you brollies if it’s raining as this experience is outdoors. The ground may be uneven so we advise wearing sensible footwear.
Is the event wheelchair accessible?
Our parking, Forage building and toilets are accessible via wheelchair however please note that the event will take place on the grassy lawn outside of the Forage building. If you require more specific information please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com
Can children come to this event?
Children under 2 watch free! We must adhere to the age rating of the film being shown. Please note that children under the age of 12 will not be permitted to the screenings of Top Gun unless they are accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 at all times. We reserve the right to ask those not able to show proof of age to leave. Responsibility for allowing under 12s to view lies with the accompanying or supervising adult. Children of all ages will be welcomed to the showing The Greatest Showman. Please make sure that children are supervised at all times.
Can I bring my dog?
Our furry friends are welcome outdoors. Please ensure dogs are kept on a lead at all times and are never left unattended – particularly as our customers will be eating food at floor level!
